This course is designed for supervisors and managers in the catering industry for them to be able to understand their responsibilities which also covers HACCP food safety management system.

 

This course provides insight into food hygiene essentials but also legal responsibilities. Furthermore, it provides details regarding the controls that can be implemented for making sure that the food handling process is safe and hygienic.
