Site Inspections: We can carry out independent safety inspections of your sites, provide a report and talk through any issues with the site management team and operatives. Your team will benefit from being able to discuss any challenges they face with future works. If you need toolbox talks or assistance at site meetings, then these can be programmed to suit you.

Proactive monitoring is proven to reduce accidents on site and is an essential part of safety management.

During the visit we will look at the working environment, welfare facilities, plant and equipment in addition to the documentation. We have a variety of report formats available and can even create bespoke reporting that is tailored specifically to your requirements.

The ability to tailor the reports you receive can be particularly useful if you require a scoring system to keep tabs on specific issues.

Site Inspections start from £125 plus VAT and you can view our site inspection zones to see specific pricing based on your exact location please contact +44(0)2071400015 or email on

Fire Risk Assessment: The effects of accidental fires can be devastating in terms of lives lost, injuries and damage to property and business continuity. The purpose of a fire risk assessment is to reduce the risk of such an event occurring and to ensure that appropriate prevention and protection arrangements are in place. The assessment report will identify the actions you need to take to manage your workplace fire risk.

It is a legal requirement under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 that you have a Fire Risk Assessment for your site, office or workshop. Following a visit to your premises and discussions with your staff, we can provide you with a comprehensive Fire Risk Assessment carried out by an experienced, qualified safety professional.

For advice on fire prevention and protection or to arrange a fire risk assessment, please call us to discuss your needs please contact a member of our client services team on +44(0)2071400015 or email on

Accident Investigations: Investigating accidents and near misses in order to prevent recurrences is an essential part of safety management. In the event of an accident or incident, it is important to establish the immediate causes and contributory factors to see what can be learnt to prevent similar events in the future. Accident causation is rarely as simple as it may first appear, and an independent view is essential, particularly if there are many parties involved.

If an accident occurs, it is important that the scene is left alone and that you call us as soon as you can to arrange for us to investigate. Following a site visit to carry out interviews with witnesses and injured parties (as appropriate), an independent report with recommendations will be issued.

What if I need to report an accident to the HSE?

Don't worry, we can help with that too, guiding you through the process and ensuring that any reportable accident is dealt with in the most efficient manner possible.

If you are unsure if an accident is reportable to the HSE, please contact a member of our client services team on

Workplace Audits: Althorough workplace audit is the best starting point from which to manage the health and safety within your organization. The audit report will let you know exactly what actions are required to achieve legal compliance.

Insurance companies and accreditation bodies often use audit reports as evidence that you monitor and review your health and safety standards.

The audit will evaluate your company’s compliance with relevant legislation and provide detailed, practical advice on how to correct shortfalls and improve your safety standards to move your business forward.

A Workplace Audit will include a visit to your workplace to assess all aspects of health and safety within the company and typically lasts between 2-3 days.

The audit can be repeated annually, or every 2 years if you prefer, allowing you to accurately assess the improvements that have been made.
